Don’t think twice. I had a really stubborn barrel to get off. I used my new wrench as soon as it was delivered. It worked perfectly. I’m sure you can accomplish the same task with other wrenches, however I was sold on how it was perfectly machined and fits my action like a glove. I will highly recommend to anyone that’s trying to tear apart a gun. I’m very impressed and glad to have found buffalo machining. I’m already looking for more tools that I may need in the future.Thanks for making an outstanding product.

The jaws for the action wrench are awesome, well made and fit the action perfectly.
I’ve used my Browning xBolt jaws so far with great success and plan on using the Tikka jaws in the next few months. The set up is great and I highly recommend the system!

This made barrel removal on factory actions a breeze. Knocked a Tikka, a Mossberg, and old Remington out in seconds without strain or cussing. Worth every penny in my shop for rebarreling factory rifles.

I now have the modular action wrench, the barrel vise, soft jaws for both Tikka T3x and Browning xBolt, and the Tikka T3x Lite barrel bushing (which also works on my Browning xBolt stainless 308).
These tools are awesome, well-built, and the best I've ever used.
The price is great and I really wish I'd have known about his products sooner - It would have made taking the 2 Tikka barrels off the 2 guns I re-barrelled way easier!
It certainly made the xBolt easy to re-barrel!

A follow up on the tikka action wrench. This is the 3rd tikka action I’ve broke apart and this wrench worked so well , I’ve never had one come apart this easy. That is a great-action wrench.Thanks for making it. Terry

Tikka T3x Action Wrench - External Fit Barrel Installation Tool | Made in USA

We build and have built and rebarreled, literally hundreds, of actions/rifles over the last two decades. After wrestling with the stubborn Tikka and Ruger Precision barreled actions for years, I finally broke down and bought my gunsmiths the Buffalo Creek action wrench and barrel vise assembly/kit. I wish these were available years ago. It turned what used to be (most of the time) a miserable and obstinate core into a 3-minute operation. What a fantastic addition to the shop. Thank you for such a great product. "Time is money." This will end up saving me money in the long run.
